Title: Account Manager
Department: Trimble Transport & Logistics Poland
Reports to: Country Manager Poland
Job Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in Poland. He contributes to the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close new opportunities in the area of transport & service companies
- Identify new leads and follow up as appropriate using our CRM tools.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
- Build up a network in the Transport & Logistics market to strengthen the position of Trimble Transport & Logistics.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate the market.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Relationships and Roles: Internal / External Cooperation
- Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Job Specifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the transport sector
- Interest in ICT/technics
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
- Fluent in Polish and English
