The CarCube on-board computer is not just any on-board computer. It is fully-featured and particularly user-friendly. There is only one problem: once you have used it, your drivers won’t be able to live without it!
Using the CarCube and FleetWorks, your drivers are always accessible and your drivers can reach you too. Planner and driver can exchange text messages via GPRS. An audible signal tells the driver that he has received a new message. Messages can be stored, read and answered whenever it is safe to do so. By using the cheaper GPRS protocol, you can make considerable savings on phone charges.
Post-its on the dashboard are a thing of the past. A central database contains all the contact details and is integrated with the job and journey allocation module and the navigation software.
Sometimes, personal contact is essential, and this can be done safely using the hands-free phone. Incoming and outgoing calls can be restricted if you want.
Your driver is relaxed and gets to the destination faster, following the smartest route worked out by the built-in navigation system. The destination is automatically uploaded from the journey sheet, or can be input by the driver himself via the convenient touchscreen.
