The hours and activities registered via the CarCube are easy to process into payroll administration and other reports contained in software packages for automatic hours and expense calculations (distances, hours and fuel reporting, driving hours regulations, performance indicators, waiting times and loading/unloading times, cost allocation, etc.)

Via the CarCube the driver reports on task status, actual quantities delivered, any problems, etc.. Using the CANbus linkage, accurate recording of fuel consumption is possible, enabling more accurate cost calculations and invoicing. For very specific applications like fuel transport, the CarCube can be linked to the meter on the tank wagon, so that the quantities loaded and unloaded can be recorded correctly.

Up-to-date delivery information is therefore available without delay for the back office, where it can be used immediately for further processing.

The CarCube can be expanded by peripherals such as a barcode scanner, a terminal for digital signature by the consignee or a printer. If your business process allows it, both the delivery note and the invoice can be printed out on the spot.

Consequently having the right information means a smooth administration and less stress.
