Job description:
- you will give first line support to customers and dealers
- after investigating you will log the problem in the ticketing system
- you will solve as many problems as you can but you are supported by a second line support
- progress and solutions are also logged in the ticketing system
- you grow into a specialist in your business
- focus on quality of service
Profile:
- an IT background in Telematics / Informatics / Elektronics / Multimedia and Communicationtechnology is an advantage
- you have a relevant working experience
- customer focused
- you think analytical
- you are a teamplayer
- no 9 to 5 attitude
- languages: German and Spanish
