Board of Directors
Currently the Board of Directors is made up of five members:
Peter Op de Beeck BVBA (permanent representative: Mr. Peter Op de Beeck), independent director and Chairman of the Board of Directors - mandate up to the General Meeting that will take place in 2012.

Corci BVBA (permanent representative : Mrs. Carmen Cordier), independent director - mandate up to the General Meeting that will take place in 2012.
vdb management BVBA (permanent representative : Mr. Michel Van den Broeck), independent director - mandate up to the General Meeting that will take place in 2012.
CREAFIM BVBA (permanent representative: Mr Wim Deblauwe), director - fills the vacancy for director from 29 October 2008 up to the General Meeting on 29 May 2009, at which meeting the decision will be taken about appointing a new director.
vdb management BVBA (permanent representative : Mr. Michel Van den Broeck), independent director - mandate up to the General Meeting that will take place in 2012.
